Pooladkaf Ski Resort

Pooladkaf is one the biggest ski resort in Iran. It is located in Fars province, Sepidan mountains in 15km from Sepidan road to Margoon waterfall, before Komehr rural district. Actually it is situated in 80km from the north of Shiraz. Pooladkaf which is known as Sepidan resort was opend in 2002 by the financial support of Pooladkaf industrial group and it has been exploited by the people from that time.

Because of its cool weather, fountains and natural grasslands, it is a suitable place for Summer sports like grass skiing, biking,... , from the middle of spring until summer and it is also suitable for Winter sports at the time of heavy snowfall from the middle of Autumn until the beginning of Spring. This resort is available in 4 seasons due to its unique weather condition. This resort has several facilities such as gondola lift, ski lift, mountain cars, ATVs,snowmobiles, pedalo boats,ski institute, ski equipments to hire, cycling and equitation road,hotels, restaurants and coffee shop. Its height from sea level is 2850m, but you can reach the resort paek that is 3400m high from sea level by gondola lift and ski lift. There is another resort near Pooladkaf which is called "Sepidan ski resort " or Ardekane-fars physical education ski resort and it is available in 4 seasons.
