Day 1: Arrival in Tehran

  • Arrival and Welcome: Arrive in Tehran, Iran’s capital, where you will be greeted by your guide and transferred to your hotel.

  • Evening Activity: A short ride through the city to visit Niavaran Palace or Tajrish Square for a taste of the city's atmosphere.

  • Overnight: Stay in Tehran.

Day 2: Tehran to Karaj (Cycling Distance: 60 km)

  • Cycling Route: Start your cycling adventure with a ride to Karaj, a city located at the foot of the Alborz Mountains, offering beautiful scenery and mild weather.

  • Stop: Visit Karaj Dam and Jajrood River to experience the tranquil nature and clear waters.

  • Overnight: Stay in a guesthouse or hotel in Karaj.

Day 3: Karaj to Chalus (Cycling Distance: 150 km)

  • Cycling Route: Cycle north towards Chalus, passing through the Alborz Mountain Range and along winding mountain roads that offer breathtaking views of the forests.

  • Stop: Stop at Chalous Pass to capture the spectacular views and lush landscapes.

  • Overnight: Stay in a local hotel or guesthouse in Chalus.

Day 4: Chalus to Noshahr (Cycling Distance: 70 km)

  • Cycling Route: Ride from Chalus to Noshahr, a beautiful coastal city on the Caspian Sea.

Day 5: Noshahr to Ramsar (Cycling Distance: 120 km)

Day 6: Ramsar to Masal (Cycling Distance: 100 km)

  • Stop: Visit Masal Village, nestled at the base of the Alborz Mountains and surrounded by lush forests.

Day 7: Masal to Fereydunkenar (Cycling Distance: 110 km)

  • Cycling Route: After breakfast, cycle towards Fereydunkenar, a peaceful town known for its natural beauty and greenery.

  • Stop: Explore the lush forests and farmland as you make your way to this rural gem.

  • Overnight: Stay in Fereydunkenar.

Day 8: Fereydunkenar to Tehran (Cycling Distance: 180 km)

  • Cycling Route: Cycle back towards Tehran, passing through scenic rural landscapes and charming villages. This day offers a long but rewarding route through the northern plains of Iran.

  • Stop: Take a break at Varamin, a city known for its historical sites such as the Varamin Mosque.

  • Overnight: Stay in Tehran.

Day 9: Departure from Tehran

  • Morning: Enjoy your final morning in Tehran, where you can visit any missed sites such as the Golestan Palace or Azadi Tower.

  • Transfer to Airport: Transfer to Imam Khomeini International Airport for your flight home, concluding your cycling tour of northern Iran.
