Day 1 & 2 in Tehran (Iran)

(Two full days and 1 night)

Arrival day:


Today, you will arrive in Iran from Tehran Intl airport.
Tehran is the capital of Iran. This city is a great combination of tradition and modernity. Not only has Tehran old monuments, splendid mosques, magnificent buildings, great parks, and modern b buildings, but also it has many amazing sites for those who would like to know more about the Iranian art.

Based on your arrival time in the morning or the evening, you will stay in the capital Tehran for a night. So you will have a half-day tour for the first day of your trip, and also have a full day tour on the second day in this city before your domestic flight to Bushehr on the second day of your trip.

The guide is already waiting to see you in front of the gate with a sign including our company’s name at the international airport. When you arrive, the guide as a representative of all Iranians welcomes you with a Rose. 

Please do not go around when you arrive at the airport and stand up near the gate till your guide arrives, this way, he/she can find you easier. 

You will meet your guide and great each other. Then, he will transfer you to your hotel to rest for some hours. (Please do not forget to talk with your guide about the hour you should be present at the lobby of the hotel to start your tour).  

 

What to do or see in Tehran:

These mentioned sites in the above are the main artistic sites. On this day, you will have the chance to visit the museum of music where you can see all kinds of Iranian instruments from the old days. It is a unique place if you want to learn about Iranian instruments, then you will go on to visit Art museum, Iranian gardens are among the most famous gardens in the world, some of them are listed on the UNESCO World Heritage List. Garden of Iranian Art Museum is one of the tourist attractions of Tehran which is so famous because of the beautiful replicas of Iran's tourist attractions. In this museum, you can have an overview of our country.

Then, you will visit the Iranian Cinema Museum to get acquainted with Iranian cinema, the first cinema equipment, international honors of Iranian artists, and visit the collection of artists' memorabilia and achievements.

Music:

For those of you who love music, going to a concert can be a wonderful experience. Tehran has many concert halls where concerts are held every day. Milad Hall is used for most of the pop concerts, but Milad Tower, Vahdat Hall, and Rudaki are used for traditional and classical concerts.
Except for mourning days, you will have the chance to go to this concert halls in the other days of the year, and enjoy because there are countless concerts is held in every genre during the year.

Theater:

If you are looking for a place to see a good Iranian theater, you can go to the Vahdat hall located on Hafiz Avenue. This hall has hosted many performances from Iran and other countries around the world.
There are some buffet outside of the hall and offers you hot and cold drinks and light snacks during breaks between performances.

Painting and Calligraphy:

There are many galleries in Tehran that you can visit. One of its most famous is the Art House where most of the artists gather together there. The Artist's House is located in the Artist's Park on Iranshahr Ave. You can easily go there by metro, and you do not need more than 15 minutes to get to the Artist's House. The Artist's House has seven galleries, where you can see the works of Iranian artists every day from 14:00 to 21:00.

Another famous art house in Tehran is the Tehran museum of contemporary art. There are many works of art in the Museum of Contemporary Art. These artworks include both paintings and statues of contemporary Iranian and European great artists. You will have the chance to see amazing and unique collections of 19th and 20th century's world-class European and American paintings, prints, drawings, and sculptures.

Café Cinema is one of the best cafes located in Ferdows Garden, this café has become one of the artists' favorite cafes. But please do not forget to reserve before going there because this café is always busy especially at the weekend.

 

How to get to Tehran:

When you arrive in Tehran International airport(IKA), you will have three options to get into Tehran city:


1.Metro
2.Taxi
3.Pre-book private car and driver

The time of arrival can be changeable depending on the type of vehicle you chose.
It takes about 1 hour and 30 minutes, it would be less and more.

But it is highly recommended to pre-book your car and driver from our company. This way, when you arrive, your driver and guide will be waiting for you in front of the gate in the arrival hall with a sign including our company’s name and without any waste time, transfer you to your hotel.
If you wouldn’t like to pre-book driver, there is another alternative way. You can get an airport Taxi.

For the convenience of dear passengers, the airport taxi system provides all-day service to the entire country with the most up-to-date cars. So you can find its counter outside of the terminal and get a taxi to go to your destination.

The last and the cheapest way is Metro. The first train departs from Imam Khomeini Airport at 6:50 am. But please keep in mind that if you have big luggage and are tired and also jetlagged from your flight, I do not recommend this way. 

 

Where to stay in Tehran?

You should not be worried about the place to stay in Tehran because this city has many hotels in various categories and prices.
Espinas Khalij-e Fars, Espinas palace, Visteria, and Persian Azadi are the most famous and expensive hotels in Tehran, Shahr and Saina hotels are the hotels with more affordable price. But, if you want to stay in a cheap hotel, Hafiz hotel can be a good choice for you.

For those who would prefer to stay in a hotel with an artistic style, our suggestion is Hanna boutique hotel. We have had many clients who stayed at this hotel in the last months and loved it! First of all its location is so great because it is located near the sites which are mentioned in your plan in Tehran. Its distance from the International airport is 50 minutes and it takes about 25 minutes to get the MahrAbbad domestic airport.

What to eat? Where to eat?

Despite other cities in Iran, Tehran doesn't have any special local food. Different kinds of foods are common in Tehran that you can eat them in famous restaurants of the city like Nayeb that has several branches, Alborz and Raftari. There is also another nice restaurant in Tehran in the grand Bazaar which name is “Moslem" where you can eat the most delicious Iranian food especially Tahchin. Neshat, Zeytoon, Khatun, and KFC restaurants are good choices for those who are interested in eating fast food. If you like to eat your food in a luxurious restaurant, we recommend you to go to Divan restaurant in Fereshteh st. and Tamasha restaurant in Milad Noor shopping center.

If you would like to taste Iranian fast food, it is highly recommended to go to the cheesecake factory, this fast-food restaurant has 3 branches and has a European style which serves a variety of delicious food, beverage, and desserts. Day 3 in Bushehr (Iran)

(A domestic flight to Bushehr, one full day and 2 nights)

Bushehr is one of the happiest cities in Iran, Its reason could be the style of their music. Bushehr music was formed by fishermen and sailors in this coastal city, they were playing music or singing song while working or rowing, they used to play or sing to increase working efficiency or relieve their fatigue.

There is an especial music festival which is held in this city, this festival is held every year in March. So if you come to Iran at the right time, you can participate in it and listen to their unique folk music and know more about Busher music and its musicians. In addition to Bushehri music, there will be held other concerts from different regions of Iran such as Azerbaijan, Khuzestan, Lorestan, Gilan, and Kurdistan.

Today, you will be driven toward Shiraz which is famous as a city of lovers.
You're going to visit the city of warmhearted people, great poems, beautiful gardens and fruits. A lot of vineyards are around and within this city made this city famous for its red wine before the revolution. Shiraz is one of the most beautiful cities which is the hometown of great poets like Hafez and Saadi.

People who come to Shiraz will have the chance to have a walking time in the old part of the city and then see Hafez tombs. Iranians believe Hafez's poems can tell them what is going to happen for them in the future. That is why they first focus on their wish, close their eyes and open the Hafez's book randomly and try to find a connection between the meaning of that poem and their wish. Do not forget to do it. It is could be interesting for you as an artist because you can listen to a person who read the poems for you and you try to realize what is going to happen in the future. 

Where to go and visit in Shiraz?

Day 6 & 7 in Isfahan

Isfahan is the capital of Isfahan province. Isfahan was chosen as the first cultural capital of Islamic countries in 2005. You can feel the art in all parts of Isfahan, this is famous for its handicrafts such as etch, inlay and cashmere.

Isfahan is known as the cultural capital of the Muslim world, the haft of the world and the turquoise gem of the world. Isfahan is an ancient city in the center of Iran. Isfahan is a four-season city; it has mild cool spring and autumn, hot summer and cold winter. Isfahan is still a glorious city. In Iranian culture, the city is known as half of the world because of its beautiful Islamic architecture, great boulevards, roofed bridges, palaces, mosques, and unique minarets.

What to do or see in Isfahan?

Most of Isfahan's historical sites date back to the Safavid Era and they are situated near Zayanderud River.

There are 3 ways to get to Isfahan.

The first way is to hire a private car and driver. We suggest the first option because you can ask your driver to have a stop on the way to visit Persepolis.

The second way is to catch a VIP bus that departs every hour of the day.

Third and the last option is to book a DMC flight, but please notice that there are not daily flights on this route. And another point you need to know about choosing first and second options is to missing Persepolis which is on the way of Isfahan and Shiraz.

Where to stay in Isfahan? 

As it was mentioned earlier, Isfahan is a touristic city and it has a lot of both modern and traditional hotels with high quality and reasonable price. Abbasi Guesthouse or Shah Abbas Hotel is one of the great hotels of Iran and the city of Isfahan. This hotel is famous due to its architecture, which is modeled on the Safavid architecture, and its location among the historical context of Isfahan. CNN reports Abbasi hotel as the Middle East's most beautiful hotel in March 2017 report.

What to eat? Where to eat? 

Isfahan like other cities of Iran has its local foods such as Kabab, Biryani, and Khoresh-e Mast that you should try them in Khan Gostar restaurant in the city center and Jolfa, Shahrzad and Biryani Azam restaurants. If you want to experience a peaceful traditional place, we recommend you to go to Khansalar and Ashti traditional restaurants in the city.

What do we buy from Isfahan?

Buying souvenirs from Isfahan is very desirable. Gaz is one of the traditional pastry of Isfahan that you can buy the best kind of it from Kermani Gaz shop in Abdolrazagh Street. Poolaki and Rock candy are other famous pastries of Isfahan. Different kinds of calico tablecloths and dishes, curved wood and Khatam dishes are famous souvenirs of Isfahan that you can buy all kinds of them from handicraft's Bazaars in Isfahan like Qeysarie Bazaar, Grand Bazaar of Isfahan and Naqsh-e Jahan Bazaar. Day 8 & 9 in Mazandaran

(One full day and 2 nights)

Greenness at its best, take a tour of amazing nature in the North of Iran. Visiting local villages and enjoying the traditional life from inside. Spending time with locals while enjoying the incredible weather and scenery and beautiful nature.

Like most parts of Iran, in Mazandaran, music is associated with people's lives. In the rice fields, forests, the sea, local celebrations, and the funerals, and religious rituals, the music of Mazandaran plays a significant role.

The most common music styles in Mazandaran are:

Amiri, Katoli, Chavoosh khani, Nowrooz khani

The most common instruments which are used by Mazani’s musicians are:

Reed, Timpani and Horn

In addition to the mentioned instruments above, the use of setar, tar, and tombak are also common among the people of Mazandaran.

 

What to do or see in Mazandaran:

1.Music

Music of Iran especially music in Mazandaran is an ancient traditional art. To have a better understanding of its history, and getting know more about it, your guide will take you to the special places in Mazandaran. There, you can see the local people when they are playing music, you will be able to learn how the local’s instrument work and enjoy listening to what people play.

2.Painting

The vast and lush area of ​​Mazandaran is an important part of the northern beauty of our country. When to go:

In the coastal areas of the Caspian Sea, the climate is moderate and humid.
The best time to travel to the city for swimming is traveling in the summer, but if you would like to enjoy nature, you should travel to Mazandaran in the spring and autumn.
Please notice that summer is not a good time for nature hiking because of the warm and humid air

What to eat:

Mazandaran has a variety of local cuisine which are made by fish, vegetables, and rice, but the meals we suggest you taste are: 

1.Mirzagasim (eggplant, egg, garlic)
2.Sour Kebab: (Kebab, Pomegranate paste, rice),
3.Baghali Qatoq: kalebagh (northern green bean, egg, garlic),


If you want to travel to Mazandaran, do not forget to taste its special cake and also buying it as souvenirs.

Go back to Tehran. Overnight in Tehran.

 

Day 10 Fly back to your country

Depart day

Transfer to Tehran Intl by taxi or your driver to fly back to your country out and leave your hotel 5 hours before your departure flight. If there is any unpredictable happen such as traffic or car breakdown, you will have enough time to get to the airport.
