After coming back to Romania from our long journey in Iran we would like to thank you a lot for all your efforts to make our holiday in your beautiful country a great one. We saw a lot of wonderful places and met very nice and interesting people. Iran is indeed a country worth while travelling through! We are very grateful to you for the perfectly organized route and for the reliable and highly professonal guides and drivers.

There was a little problem however: Tabriz. The hotel "Azerbayjan" is not recommendable for tourists.
Our tour guide in Tabriz disappointed us a lot, unfortunately.
Initially we have been told that Mr. Nasser Khan will be our guide in Tabriz. But Mr. Khan sent us a "colleague" of his, Mr. Mohammed, who is actually not a professional licensed guide. Mr. Khan himself came to our hotel just for 10 miutes to shake hands with us and to invite us to his office to drink tea together. His so called "colleague" Mr. Mohammed let us wait for him 20 to 30 minutes each time we made an appointment with him. He was unable to tell us anything about the
places we visited together. Instead of paying attention to us during the tours he kept making phone calls to solve his own problems. As we have asked and paid for a professional guide in Tabriz, it was annoying for us to get instead an unreliable driver, who almost endangered our flight back to Romania by showing up very late to pick us up for the airport.

It is a pity that this unprofessional guide throws a shadow on the high professionalism of your agency.

Nevertheless, we are very pleased with our tour in Iran and will not hesitate to recommend your good services to our friends.

We wish you all the best and hope to be able to come to Iran once again!
Very sincerely yours,

Dr. Ioana Craciun-Fischer and Dr. Markus Fischer,

Hello Parissa,

after being home for almost one week I would like to take the time to thank you again very much for your help and support you gave us in Iran.
As you probably realized, we had to change and shorten our travel plan in Iran for personal reasons.
But despite the short time we spent there, we had a wonderful and unforgettable holiday.
We really loved the sights your country has to offer and were absolutely amazed at the openness of the people.
But I write this e-mail especially to thank you again for all the help you gave us, the way everything worked out perfect with our hotels,
and the time you invested even on your holiday, as it happened in Shiraz.
If I ever plan to visit Iran again ( no plans at the moment), of course I would like to contact you again.
Once again, thank you very much for your help.

Best Regards

Joerg Waizmann
