Golab Darreh / Valley
3 1 1 1 1 1 Rating 3.00

This valley is not very famous among tourists or even the people of Tehran. Golab Valley has a very soothing weather and clean air. People of Golab Valley are hosts to many mountain climbers throughout the week.

This area is separated from other areas nearby because the mountains of Golab Valley are higher than the rest.

Golab Valley is the name of a valley and also a small village near that valley which goes by the same name. By standing on the mountainous road of Golab Valley you will have a beautiful view of Tehran City.

If you want to visit this valley you need to go through Tajrish Square and Darband Street and after that you will see Golab Valley Street.  The reason this name (Golab which literally means rosewater) was chosen for this village and valley is that there are many apple trees in this valley that taste very much like rosewater and they had grown on their own and without being planted.
